About Us
The Marrelli family has owned and operated Marbro Building Maintenance & Contracting Ltd. since 1988. Growing up in a family business, a genuine work ethic was ingrained as a part of daily life, has spanned three generations, and is still an important part of who they are today.
Steve, Mario and Nick are fully invested in their company and play very active roles, with the primary focus being to always ensure that their clients are well serviced and satisfied. Being approachable, flexible, and dependable has helped us to stand out from the rest and maintain a core group of clients that have been with us for decades, which is by far our proudest achievement.

We want to grow and change with our clients evolving needs, but haven’t forgotten how we got here, or the fundamental principles of operating a client-based service business, which is the foundation our company was built on.

Marbro employs over 40 associates, maintains a fleet of vehicles and equipment, and supports a network of partners nationwide. We employ only qualified craftsmen and technicians, we ensure our staff and trades are covered by worker’s compensation, and carry insurance coverage to meet your requirements.
